Where do tours depart from?

All shared tours depart from the White Rock Beach Promenade, near the iconic White Rock. Tours conclude at East Beach, directly in front of Moby Dick Restaurant.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refunds are available up to 72 hours before departure. Within 72 hours, guests receive a credit toward a future tour. Weather cancellations by us are always fully refunded.

Do you operate rain or shine?

Yes. Tours run in all weather. The van is fully climate controlled, and most winery tasting rooms are indoors. Only extreme weather (windstorms, snow closures) will result in a reschedule.

Is your vehicle wheelchair accessible?

Our current vehicle is not wheelchair lift equipped, but the step is low and we're happy to assist. Please let us know your accessibility needs when booking and we'll make it work.
