Terms & Conditions
By booking a tour with GrapeTiming Wine Tours you agree to the following terms.
Age & identification
All guests must be 19 years of age or older to consume alcohol in British Columbia. Government issued photo ID may be required at any winery visited.
Bookings & cancellations
Shared tours require a minimum of 10 confirmed guests to depart. If minimum is not met, you'll be offered a waitlist, an alternate departure, or a full refund. Cancellations more than 72 hours before departure receive a full refund; within 72 hours, a credit will be issued.
Alcohol acknowledgement
You acknowledge that alcohol will be served on the tour and that responsible consumption is your responsibility. We reserve the right to decline further service to any guest.
Liability
GrapeTiming is fully licensed and commercially insured. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking. Guests participate at their own risk.
Photography
We may take photographs during tours for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your driver host know at any time.
