When you book a tour, purchase a gift card, or contact us, we collect the personal information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, party size, and (for waivers) age confirmation and emergency contact.

We use your information to confirm and deliver your booking, process payment through our secure processor, comply with liquor and safety regulations, and communicate with you about your tour. With your consent, we may occasionally send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to run our business (payment processors, email delivery, analytics) and where required by law.
